The first has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds. There is a full bathroom on this floor near these bedrooms. Upstairs is a loft furnished with a double-size futon, a loveseat, game table and writing desk. Beyond the loft is the master bedroom with a 32" LED HD TV and queen-size bed. There is a full master bathroom with double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub.There is a full-size washer and dryer in the home. There is also a single child-size cot stored in a closet. Guests have access to the gas grill in the summer season.

Stayed for 2 days in February, 2013 Katherine at Kokopelli was great to work with, very knowledgable about the choices in properties, and very responsive! HO 257 was a great home for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of room and very well kept. Only negative was the electric fireplace would only operate for an hour at most. But overall...great time! Especially when we left, I could not back my car in as far as I needed to, to access my trailer.
