This is a single level home.The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a large TV, VCR, satellite TV, and stereo in the living room. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen bar will seat 2. The kitchen is complete will all appliances.There is a four-person hot tub on the sun porch with nice views of the greenbelt. The home has a washer and dryer.Easy access driveway even in winter. There is an additional fee of $250 for use of the hot tub.

Angel fire HO 621 A guest from Frisco, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 We were not able to stay at this home do to the SEVERE mildew odor. My child became quite ill upon entering, that we needed to secure other lodging. This property did not have central heat, and was very run down. Would not recommend this to anyone. Mgt company was not very accommodating. We had to argue to get another place. Will never do business with Ryan/Kokopelli again. Usually use Kyle Eby, and have never had a problem with him. Run Down. Anton L. from DALLAS, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012 I was lucky my wife was not with me or we would have not stayed at this house that had not been updated. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away from the wall in several places through out the house the furniture looks like stuff found on the road. Kitchen was sad.
