This is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo in the Chalet condo complex located across the street from the slopes. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people. This is a second level, two story condo.The living room features a beautiful rock fireplace, new couches, cable TV, VCR, and DVD player. The deck off the living room has great views of the ski slopes. The kitchen is complete with all appliances.The dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, and private full bathroom.The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second full bathroom off the hallway near this bedroom.The third bedroom is upstairs and has two sets of bunk beds, with double size mattresses on bottom and twins on top. There is a third full bathroom upstairs.There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

The best location on the mountain! Joanna S. from Behon, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. With 8 people there is plenty of room. We have all ages and skiing ability, so close to the lifts was our #1 priority; you cannot stay any closer and be in a condo. It takes less than 5 minutes walking with a 4 year old carrying their own equipment- nuf said. The unit is starting to show it's age, but is generally well maintained. It has everything you need to cook a basic meal (but no ice trays, go figure), but it's not gourmet by any means. 3 bathrooms a huge plus. The eating area was too small for 8 of us, though. Bad Condo Roger D. from Garland, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 This condo was advertised as having been recently remodeled. Maybe 15 years ago! The furniture should all be replaced. The white leather couch was horrendous. All other furniture is old and worn. The condo was dirty when we arrived and still had trash in it along with a baby bottle sitting on the table. We had to wait past the 4pm check in time because they were supposedly cleaning it. The throw rugs were old and worn. The floor was filthy. There was no mop to clean them even though snow tracked in. The blinds in the living room on the sliding glass door were broken and needed to be replaced. This unit is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. Advertised to have a land phone, did not, even though we were given a phone number. TV in bedroom does not work. No wifi service. Hall bath floor curled, slow drain tub. Broken drawers on the dresser in master bedroom. 40 gal. water heater for a condo for 10 people. Broken thermostats. Heat impossible to regulate. Light switch with no cover. Soiled and blood stained linens on bunk beds. Worn and ragged towels. Parking area was almost inaccessible with packed snow, was not graded the entire time we were there. This was the most expensive condo I looked at. Money charged for cleaning and damage deposit should be spent by company on cleaning and repair. Way over priced for quality. HIGHLY disappointed. Memories Made! A guest from Honey Grove, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012 It was very convenient! We hardly had to drive anywhere! The decor is slightly outdated but in good condition. We had issues with having enough hot water! Nine people had to take showers and there wasn't enough hot water for even 4 of us to take showers in one evening. That is the ONLY less than perfect issue of our stay! Thank you! Great location but unkept property A guest from Wheeler, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2012 We were very pleased with the property's location. It was nice to be able to walk from the ski slope to the property. The property had a perfect floorplan for our family. However, we felt the property was somewhat dirty. The floors were unkept (ex: food stuck on floor in kitchen) and several things were broken (ex: porch door didn't lock). The mattresses in all the bedrooms were old, worn, and not very comfortable for sleeping. CH 64-Great location but needs a good cleaning and much updating. A guest from Kingwood, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 We really liked the layout and location of the condo. However, we did not think the bedding, towels and floors were very clean. The entire unit needs a good amount of updating (carpets, floors, walls, counters, furniture and a working disposal). The VHS player could be updated to a DVD player and the cassette player to at least a CD player and maybe even something for IPODS. We thought the unit had a very 1980's feel to it. Ch 64 A guest from Cornith, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 10 of us stayed in this rental property. We were very happy with the location; however, the condition of the condo was poor. We knew it was an older property, but several things were not maintained well and/or broken.
