This is a single level condo on the second floor.The living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large flat screen TV with satellite, DVD and VCR. There is a matching sofa and love seat (not sleepers). A french door leads from the living room to a deck featuring a metal table with 2 matching chairs, a gas chiminea and a hot tub. The open kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and ample counter space. The dining table can seat 4 with additional seating for 4 on stools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The spa-like master bathroom has a large whirlpool tub and a glass block walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV with DVD and VCR (no satellite signal). The third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV with DVD and VCR (no satellite signal). The second full bathroom is located off the hallway near the second and third bedrooms.There are two twin-size rollaway cots stored in the master bedroom closet. This unit has a full-size stackable washer and dryer and radiant floor heat throughout.There is no phone in this unit.

Skiing Holiday A guest from Georgetown, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2012 The property was very clean with very good quality furnishings and linens. We were, however, disappointed that the parking was inadequate for the entire building. Many times we had to park away from the property and walk to the condo. Also, for such a nice place with 3 bedrooms, there was only one television and it had extremely limited channel selections. We were not able to watch even one football bowl game! The kitchen was very nice but there were not enough bowls and not even one sharp knife that was not serrated. We also had to walk away from the area for a trash dumpster. Very inconvenient. It had all the linens we could need, as well as everything we needed in the kitchen. It was very comfortable and clean. Thanks to Katherine for getting us switched to this unit after the issue with our originally reserved unit not being up to par.
