The living room has a wood burning fireplace, 36" HD flat screen cable TV and DVD, and a two piece L-shaped couch. The living room has access to balcony with great views of Wheeler Peak and the Sangre de Cristo mountain range.The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances. The dining table seats 7 with additional seating for 4 on stools at the kitchen counter. On the main floor there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, 28" TV, and access to a balcony with great views of Wheeler Peak and the Sangre de Cristo mountain range. The second bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds and access to a small balcony. There is a full bath on this level.The third bedroom on the second floor has two double beds and an attached bathroom with small jacuzzi style tub.There is an apartment size stackable washer and dryer in the unit.

Stayed for 3 days in December, 2012 Need to advertise that 4 wheel drive is needed to get into parking lot during winter if room is in the back. The stay was nice. Pricey and worst stay ever A guest from Albuquerque, NM does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2012 The cleanliness of this property was completely unsatisfactory. The dusting cobwebs All over as well as mouse droppings under the sheets I had to re-clean all the sheets before we were even able to sleep. There were giant gobs of hair in the bathtub drains as well as mildew stains growing shower curtains. I was unable to get a hold of anybody on the weekend to help me with these issues. I called the property management company was not able to get a hold of anyone called the emergency line they were incredibly rude. It was not till Monday afternoon when I finally got a call back from someone at property management. When I finally got a hold of somebody who are very apologetic and willing to send someone to come clean up the house unfortunately we were getting ready to leave by then. They did offer me a 15% off discount for my next stay. not sure that I will stay with this company again. I paid over $1000 for my stay And received the worst treatment I have ever seen. Unfortunately I don't fill 15% off my next day is appropriate I feel it's just a ploy to get me to restate with their company they should've given me two days free stay.
