This is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the Mountain Pines condos located on Mammoth Mountain Rd., about 3 blocks from the ski area. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people. This is a single level ground floor condo.The living room has a wood-burning fireplace (firewood supplied), cable TV with DVD and VCR, a queen-size sleeper sofa and loveseat. There are tile floors throughout the living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, range, dishwasher and a microwave.The dining table can seat 5. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV with VCR. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV. The third bedroom has two full-size beds and a TV. All three bedrooms are carpeted. There are two 3/4 bathrooms (shower, no tub) located off the main living area and easily accessible from all three bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer in a small utility closet. Guests have access to a small single-car garage (not suitable for larger vehicles).
This home may have a minimum night stay based on seasonality and availability.

Like new TVs doesn't need to be big one just updated feeling would be nice. ,maybe some new lamps. The condo is at a great location, clean, and was roomy enough for the two families. The shuttle to the ski resort passed by the condo all the time. A good place to stay. Misleading Reviewed by: A guest does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012 Condo was very outdated and small. There is room for 10 to sleep but not to have 10 awake and in living room/kitchen at same time. The beds were terrible and swayed in. One bed was tilted downward towards the head. Very difficult to get comfortable. And to sleep 10 I would expect more parking. We had 3 families staying and only had room for 2. Luckily one car was small and could pull into a garage. Normally I wouldn't care about the tvs bc we are there to ski, but 5 of our guests are football fans and going during the Bowl games is a bad idea bc the biggest TV was maybe 15". Mountain Pine Condo 101 A guest from amarillo, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2012 Great location, close to slopes with shuttle service. Very disapointed that this unit did not have a bathtub as stated in the ad as it had been converted to a shower only. This was very important to me, one because I am not a shower person and two I will think twice about trusting accuracy of listings in the future. Over all the unit was comfortable enough.
