This is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo in the Chalet Condo complex located across the street from the ski area. This condo can sleep a maximum of 10 people. This is a two level condo on the second floor.The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV and a VCR/DVD combo. There is a new L-shaped couch as well as a comfortable chair. Both the living and dining area feature patio doors leading to a deck with great views of the slopes. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances.The dining table seats 6. Additionally there is a cafe table with two stools as well as two TV trays.The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a king-size bed, full bath, fireplace, TV and a private patio door leading to a deck. The second bedroom is also on the main floor and has a double-size bed. There is a full bathroom off the hallway near this bedroom.The third bedroom is a large upstairs loft with two sets of twin-size bunk beds as well as a double-size futon. There is a TV in the loft and a full bath. The unit has a washer and dryer. This unit has no telephone.

A nice place...when it was new 30 years ago. Ben W. from Glen Rose, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 I expected a higher price for Spring Break but $550 per night was too much for the condition the place was in. Busted tile, bugs in the shower, wine stains on the carpet, an oven burner that would not stay in place, burned out light bulbs, and cheap cooking utensils make this place great for $100 per night (busy season only). Chalet 10 Nora H. from Paradise, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 The location was absolutely perfect...a block from the ski slopes. We had a large group and a herd of kids, so being able to come and go was great. BUT the condo was very 1980, the living room sofa and chairs terribly dirty and stained. The 1980s dinning chairs were dangerously close to falling apart, we had to work on them before we could trust them to hold us.. I had nowhere to unpack in my bedroom ( no dresser) and had to steal a bedside lamp from another room to read at night. And, really, a standard bed when there is plenty of room for a queen? One bathroom had a 4 inch square mirror mounted pretty close to the ceiling. no kidding! No Internet. Had to drive into town to use Internet. So...I would recommend the Chalets because of location, but I will not rent this unit again unless updated.Kokopelli....perfect in every way. Would definitely use them again.
