This home is located on Lake Park Way, across the street from Monte Verde Lake. It sleeps a maximum of 9 people. This is a two level home.The living room is bright and sunny with lots of large windows. There is a couch and two comfortable chairs as well as a fireplace and satellite TV with VCR.There is a complete kitchen with all appliances. The dining room table can seat 4. The dining area has patio doors that lead to the large deck surrounding the house on three sides. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom with large Jacuzzi tub. A recent remodel has just been completed and added a second large bedroom with sitting area and double bed. There is access to the deck through large French doors from this new room. The upstairs loft contains a game table that can seat 4 and a twin bed. There is an additional bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds and a second full bathroom on this floor as well.There is a full size washer and dryer in utility closet off the kitchen. The large deck features partial views of the lake.
