This home is an A-frame cabin located on Broadmoor Way, in the Angel Fire Country Club area. It is approximately 7 minutes from the ski area. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The flat semi-circular driveway provides easy year-round access to the house. This is a two level home.The living room has an acorn shaped fireplace and satellite TV. There is a comfortable couch (not a sleeper) and a large leather chair. The adjoining dining area has a table that will seat 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is complete with all major appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. The master bedroom is on the main level and has a new king-sized bed. There is a full bathroom located near this bedroom. Upstairs there is a large loft with 2 twin-size beds Beyond the loft there is a second bedroom also with 2 twin-size beds. There is a 3/4 bath (shower, no tub) on this floor. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the home.
This home may have a minimum night stay based on seasonality and availability.

That "70ties Show" property in Angel Fire! Kathy K. from Houston, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in March, 2013 We knew going into the visit that this was a "funky" property and we would need to embrace the 70ties vibe. Loved the location and dealing with the rental office is always great. I would suggest updating the orange shag carpet upstairs and a coat of paint for all the brown paneling. Also instructions on floor heaters, fire place and appliances would be nice. The dishwasher definitely needs a new bottom tray and the warm water in the bottom floor shower would shut off after about two minutes. We all ended up using the upstairs shower, no problems there. Not Good A guest from Marion, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2012 Location and cabin entryway were great, but that's where it stopped. Cabin is grossly outdated. Flooring is nasty, burned and dirty...cable box so outdated technician had to come. King bed was very comfortable...that's about all i can say that's positive. Outdated Yet Charming Mychelle L. from Colorado Springs, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 The weekend was great. We were walking distance to the country club (golf and pool) and only a short drive to the ski resort and town. The property offered everything we needed. My only complaint was the esthetics. Everything (couch, furniture, carpeting, bed spreads) seemed outdated and like it had been sitting there for years, like it hadn't been given a good cleaning (which I'm hoping is not true) in a very long time. Otherwise we were very happy with everything. The size was perfect for our family. The kids loved the loft. Everything we needed to cook and clean for the weekend was supplied. Franklin 1st time visit to Angel Fire Blair F. from Carolton, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 The rental was subpar. Heating in Master bedroom was inoperable - maintenance man did not know how to fix. This absolutely must be disclosed to a renter. Stovetop in kitchen has one inoperable element. This property is priced the same as other newer and much more appealing properties in the same neighborhood, yet is older, smaller and has maintenance issues. Again, not disclosed by Kokopelli. Nice A Frame Property Kevin C. from Santa Fe, NM recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in September, 2011 While not in the most updated condition, the property is nicely located and very quiet. It has everything you might need. Kokopelli/4 Seasons is a very professional operation and will work with them in the future. Katherine and Kathy in Angel Fire are great!
