It can sleep a maximum of 8 people. This is a single level villa.The entry, kitchen and dining areas are tiled; the living area and bedrooms are carpeted. The living room is bright and sunny with large windows and has a full-size leather sleeper sofa and matching leather club chair, a gas-burning kiva fireplace and a 42" Flat Screen TV with satellite and DVD player There is also wireless internet. Adjacent to the living room is an alcove with a full-size Murphy bed and french doors leading to a deck with views of the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including dishwasher and microwave and features granite counter tops. The adjacent dining area has french doors leading to deck with golf course views. The marble dining table seats 6. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and a private 3/4 bath (shower, no tub). The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a second full bathroom located off the hallway convenient to the second bedroom as well as the living room. Guests have access to the garage.This property has a full-size washer and dryer. This unit does not have a telephone.

Great condo, plenty of room, nice furnishings and well equipped. This is much better than staying at the base of the mountain. Just drive to the ski resort, take a very short walk to the shuttle pick up area, and get dropped off one staircase from the Chili Express lift. Too easy. The condo is cozy and the views are great. A Neat Birthday Present and True to Character Kit Carson Welcome! Claude M. from New Braunfels, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 10 days in June, 2012 We arrived early afternoon, June 2nd, which marked my 87th birthday. It was great to be back "home" in Angel Fire after 5 years absence. Mid afternoon we suddenly became aware that the electricity was off. Three hours later, it was still off although our daughter, Jodi, who was with us had exhausted ways to resolve the problem. Then, Sean Stairling arrived at our unit and began contacting Kit Carson. He was most helpful and remained with us almost two hours before he finally was able to get the electricity restored to our unit. ( Over 30 years my wife, Marian, and I built three houses in Angel Fire, and, for thirty years we had our problems with Kit Carson to the end that I took this one as a "Happy Birthday, Claude, welcome home." Kit Carson....Seriously, Unit 10 was a nice "home" for ten days. However, the King bed is too high off te ground for these 2 senior citizens. There should be a step stool alongside the bed. ( I used my cooler to step on and get in bed.) The unit needs a new coffee pot...a Walmart Mr. Coffee for under $20. Thank you. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2011 Although our condo was very nice and clean and we would recommend it to a friend, we were disappointed about a few things that we didn't discover until we checked in:1) Condo had no hot tub and clubhouse nearby had no hot tub (would have booked a different location had we known this)2) Condo advertised as ability to sleep 8 - this is not possible - maximum 6 people if two of the people are children3) No trash pick up for city of Angel Fire - we thought this was an unreasonable request to ask guests to dispose of their own trash at an unknown dumpster - we noticed many of the condo complexes had their own dumpsters - we ended up taking our bagged trash to a gas station on our way home as we didn't have time to 'look for a trash dumpster' the morning we left		Overall Satisfacation show detailed scores Services from rental manager Cleanliness Location Property Condition

She was very knowledgeable and answered numerous questions about the unit and the area amenities in Angel Fire. Loved CCV - 10. Perfect size and configuration for our family needs. Well appointed and very clean when we arrived. Loved our stay and would consider coming back for a stay in the same unit in the future!The only negatives are that the dishwasher is hugely noisy, the fireplace pilot took some doing to get it lit and keep it operational (requiring a visit form a technician) and not having a garage door opener was very inconvenient and awkward.
