This is a 2 bedroom/1 3/4 bathroom townhome located in the Country Club Villas on Country Club Dr, just steps from the golf course, ski in/ski out to the nordic center, and less than five minutes from the slopes. It can sleep a maximum of 4 people. This is a single level villa.The living, dining and kitchen areas feature saltillo tile throughout. The living room is bright and sunny with large windows and has a matching leather sofa (not a sleeper) and club chair, a gas-burning kiva fireplace and a TV with DVD and satellite. Adjacent to the living room is an office alcove with a desk and french doors leading to a deck with a hot tub and views of the golf course. (There is an additional fee of $250 for use of the hot tub). The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including dishwasher and microwave and features granite counter tops. The adjacent dining area has french doors leading to deck with golf course views. The dining table can seat 6 with additional seating for 2 on stools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV with satellite and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double-size bed. There is a second 3/4 bathroom (shower, no tub) located off the hallway convenient to the second bedroom as well as the living room. This property has a full-size washer and dryer.Wifi Internet available.

Great New Year's Rental in Angel Fire NM Susan E. from Tuscola, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2011 Last minute trip to Angel Fire over the holiday - Katherine did her best to make our stay super - fast turnaround and great place. A little more than we wanted to pay but the drive to the slopes was not bad and we were able to be near another family that joined us. Would use them again. Villa Review Sherill J. from Holly Lake, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 12 days in September, 2011 The villa was not real clean--very superficial cleaning by cleaning service. Most of the dishes had to be washed before using because the dishwasher does a superficial job and the dishes were put in the cabinets unclean. The floors were vacuumed but the corners of the rooms were still dirty. The house needs a thorough cleaning top to bottom. Also, a number of maintenance issues--torn screens in several windows; the dishwasher trays do not work (slide) properly; back deck needs powerwashing and re-stained.
