This is a 2 bedroom/1 3/4 bathroom condo in the Pinetree Commons located on Mammoth Mountain Rd., approx. 3 blocks from the slopes. This unit will sleep a maximum of 6 people. This is a two level condo on the third floor.The living area has a wood-burning fireplace (firewood is supplied), cable TV and a DVD. There is a loveseat and a large sofa.Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, including range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is seating for 2 at the kitchen counter. (There is no dining table.)The master bedroom has a double-size bed. There is a full bath off the hallway between the master bedroom and the living room. The second bedroom is upstairs. There is a large loft area with a double-size futon, a wingback chair and a second small TV with VCR. There is a 3/4 bath (shower, no tub) just off the loft. There is a large sleeping alcove with low sloping ceiling adjoining the loft. This alcove has 4 twin-size beds.
This home may have a minimum night stay based on seasonality and availability.

Unsatisfied Jeff D. from Hideaway, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 Parking lot was iceing, no salted drives or walkways. Apartment was dated and some things wear not working. The shower head upstairs does not work, the televison reception is bad, the toliet downstairs takes fifteen minutes to refill for another flush, the nook upstairs for the kids beds is unsafe and hard to access, the stairs leading upstairs are to small, the carpet in the living room is worn out, the seating arrangment downstairs is uncomforatable, and the the neighbor plays the music to loud next door.
