This is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo in the Lift Condos located off of Five Springs Rd., approximately a 2minute walk to the slopes. This unit will sleep a maximum of 6 people. This is a three level townhome style condo.The living area has access to a balcony with views of Wheeler Peak. There is a fireplace with firewood supplied, cable TV and VCR.The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. There is seating for 4 on stools at the kitchen counter. (There is no dining table.)The master bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed. The second bedroom is located downstairs and has a set of twin-size bunk beds as well as a double bed.The bathroom is located upstairs off the master bedroom.The unit has a washer and dryer.Please note that this unit does not have a telephone.

Parking is horrible. Was not described that the 2nd bedrm was basically a closet and not complete and closet doors were off the hinges. Dirt and fuzz outside of shower doors on lip of shower. Whoever did the pictures did an excellent job of showing it in the best possible scenario, although it is NOTHING like it shows. The refrigerator is in desparate need of repair (motor or compressor kicks on and is terribly loud). Apparently Mgmt Co or cleaning crew do not spend much time inside or they would have that fixed. Blinds in the bottom bedroom (with huge window) have broken slats and light shines in constently and not to mention someone looking in on you. Will definietely not be staying here again. When I did call the Mgmt co to inform them of what was wrong when we got there--never received a call back. Hmmm! Guess they don't care they already had my money.
