Both bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a TV with satellite. Sliding patio doors access a second small balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bath on this level. There is a full-size stackable washer and dryer in upstairs hall closet.

Services Tracy V. from Houston, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2012 The last day I could not acess to internet. I made many attempts to reach the staff but got no answer even with the phone for after hours listed on document. We needed to check the weather that day but had no ways to get into internet or by phone. We were comfortable with this place until the last minute we got no help made us very upset. one small problem Randy Y. from Hallsville, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 Unit is spacious and in a great location. The problem is that there is a unit above it and there is virtually no insulation between the two. We could clearly hear normal conversation going on above through the ceiling, and they were smokers who constantly opened and shut the door to the balcony. Of course they stayed up til all hours and my wife and I after enduring 2 nights finally slept on the couch and blow-up matress in the living room on the first floor of this condo. We could still hear everything going on above though. If you want to party and stay up all night this condo is perfect. If you want a good night sleep pick another unit.
