This is a single level condo on the second floor. This unit is two levels. The living area, one bedroom and one bath are on the main floor. The master bedroom and second bath are on the upper floor. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV, and a DVD/VCR player. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa with matching love seat. This room features sliding doors leading to a deck with patio chairs and a great view of the ski slopes.The kitchen has all major appliances. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 3 on stools at the adjacent bar.The bedroom on the main floor has a bunk bed that is a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is a second twin bed in this room also. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king-size bed and a futon suitable for one person. There is also a full bath on this floor.There is a full-size washer and dryer on the upper floor. This unit does not have a telephone.

Management company (Kokopelli) was exceptional. Daniel C. from Van Alstyne, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2012 We had a great Holiday weekend at Angel Fire in January. We had 7 inches of new powder for our final day of snowboarding. Our rental condo was great. Because of the great color pictures and virtual tour of the condo on the Kokopelli website, we knew exactly what we were getting and we were not disappointed. Whether talking with Katherine on the phone or with Mike in person at the office (and at the grocery store), Kokopelli treated our group like we were their only guests for the weekend. Parking situation is not good A guest from Oklahoma City, OK does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 There is only one entrance/exit to the property which is only wide enough for one car at a time which makes getting in or out very difficult and hazerdous during busy times.
