This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the Angel View Condos located on Vail Avenue, approximately 1 block from the slopes. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people. It is a townhome style, 3 level condo.This condo has an open split-level floor plan. The living area is on the second level and has a large L-shape sofa and a rocker, a wood burning fireplace (firewood provided) and a 26" TV with cable, VCR and DVD player. The eat-in kitchen is also on the second level. It is fully equipped with all major appliances, including microwave and dishwasher. The dining table seats 6. The master bedroom is on the lower level and has a king-size bed, a 19" TV with cable and a full master bath. The second bedroom is semi-private loft (3/4 wall on one side of the room) located above the living room. It has a queen bed as well as a bunk bed that is a double on the bottom and a twin on the top.There is a second ¾ bath (shower, no tub) on the living room/kitchen level. There is a full-size stackable washing machine and dryer.

AV 5-2 Property Review - Christmas 2012 Diane B. from Grapevine, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012 Keys were not on the board at rental office Christmas Day. Person answering the after-hours phone was not positive or reassuring, unsure if anyone would be able to assist because it was Christmas Day. (Thank you to whoever drove to the office to post them)Could only find one heat source for the entire condo. No heat in either bathroom. Oven did not work correctly, unsure of the issue but seemed as if the bottom heating element did not work at all. Was able to cook everything eventually but it was very difficult. This was a frustration because we rarely eat out. We had food purchased/planned for each day and the oven was used daily. Kitchen sink pipes leaked but we were able to fix those ourselves. Bunk bed screws/bolts need to be tightened. Daily frustrations but we love skiing Angel Fire. This is the first time we rented within walking distance and did enjoy that very much. Previous rentals of an A-frame across by the golf/tennis subdivision were always perfect condition but we didn't want to drive & spend the day. Loved to walk, ski, walk back for lunch & a small break then back to ski. No parking worries. Filty Christine B. from Albuquerque, NM does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2012 The condo was filty with very dirty dishes that we clearly dirty and put away dirty. The linens were dirty and the blanket filty. I was very upset about the condition of the unit. Wonderful Place to Stay in Angel Fire Rob T. from Dallas, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in June, 2012 We booked the AV 5-2 unit for a month-long stay during the summer with our family of 5. Being on the end, the condo had an amazing view of Wheeler Peak off the front and a nice place for our three daughters to play. The multi-level floor plan made an average size condo feel well spaced - we especially liked the eat-in kitchen. Two things of which potential renters should be aware: there is no closet in the loft area and the closet in the main bedroom is locked for the owners only. Other than those two issues, we loved our stay here and would completely re-book for another month next summer.
