This charming condo is just steps from the ski lifts AND has great views! It has room for 4, a fireplace, a distinct Southwest flavor and wireless internet access.

This is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo located in the Lift Condos off of Five Springs Rd. on Lift Dr. approximately a two minute walk to the slopes. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people. This is a two level first floor condo.

This is a two-story condo. The kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom are on the first floor. The bedroom is on the second floor.

The living room is bright and sunny with lots of windows and great views. The furnishings have a southwest flavor and include a double-size sleeper sofa as well as comfortable chairs. There is a wood-burning fireplace (firewood is supplied) and cable TV. Sliding patio doors provide access to the deck with great views of the surrounding mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. The dining table seats 4.

The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV with cable and VCR.

There is a full-size washer and dryer on the first floor.

This condo has wifi internet and free unlimited long distance calls in the US and Canada available for guest use.

Good location, but this place was a 1 star hotel at best. Old smelly furniture and carpet. Old bed. Place should be renovated. I would not rent again

The condo was clear everywhere except the linens on the bed, and several of the dishes, both required a wash. Everything else was clean. A better set of pots and pans and utensils would have been a nice addition. The location was very nice and scenic.

Property location is great. Although its a tough climb after a long day of skiing. Property is as advertised in photos.... The furnishings are dated. Our only real complaint is that the property is not well maintained.... linens are torn, towels are old, pillows literally look to be as old as the property with brown stains and no insides left, the blinds on the doors were falling apart and toilet seats are discolored and worn. With a little effort and little money, guests could be made more comfortable.

1.Could not find D-3.Had to ask a resident at another lodge how to get to D-3 at the Lift Condominiums.2.Bad SMELL the whole time,even after febreeze and room spray.3.Broken drawer in refrigerator.Dishwasher leaked.4.Fireplace;could not keep logs burning and when was burning NO HEAT came from the fireplace.5.Sofa sleeper:NASTY!!!!!!!!almost vomited when I opened it to make bed.NASTY hair covered egg crate on top of worn out mattress.The sofa itself dirty and had holes in it.Time for NEW sofa sleeper!!!6.Towels in bathroom were folded and put away in linen cabinet still wet! I stayed up Sunday and Monday doing laundry because everything was nasty,bed linens and towels and blankets.

Much to my disappointment this unit is nothing as the pictures show online and it is filthy and damaged. Here are some examples: the towel ring in the bathroom has been pulled out of the wall; the shades on the sliding door to the balcony are disgustingly dirty and broken; the light and ceiling fan in the loft upstairs has been pulled out of the ceiling leaving no light upstairs; the trash compactor is non-functioning; the wicker ottoman in the living room is broken and coming apart; the linens stink horribly and are stained; the fan in the living room makes an awful sound when turned on; the washing machine is incredibly loud; the dishes are so worn out and were dirty upon our arrival; the carpet is so old that is stinks of mildew; the shower door is old and flimsy and hard to open/shut; the microwave is old and busted up; and the dishwasher does not work. Honestly the list goes on.After contacting management, this is the response I got from one of the owners of Kokopelli Properties, Ryan Goodman, regarding Unit D3 in which he agrees with the poor conditions that they did not tell me about prior to renting, but also claims no responsibility: - "I will agree with you that the condition of the unit is less than desirable. I have been working very hard with our owners over the course of the last year to make needed improvements and to my disappointment many of the owners do not listen to our suggestions however I do feel that hearing this from a paying guest will have a greater impact in the decision making process. If I could trouble you take take some time to write a more formal email of your disappointment so that I may pass it along to our owner and see if they would be willing to make any upgrade or provide partial refund that would be much appreciated. Again I would like to express my apologies for the condition of the home you rented but please understand that I have little control in the decision to make upgrades or general maintenance."

Our office had tried to contact you on at least 3 separate occasions to address these issues starting 18 hours after the beginning of your 7 day vacation and you were given a personal cell phone number of one of our owners so we could address the issues. We are in the business of creating memorable vacations and we wanted to ensure that your experience was no different however because we never heard back from you and were not given permission to enter the unit to address the issues there was nothing that could be done. The guest that checked into this unit after mentioned similar concerns and we addressed them immediately.

Pros: * Proximity to the lifts - Less than a 5 min walk.Cons: * Appliances - Functional but extremely dated. Unless you grew up in the 70's or early 80's it will take some time to figure out how to use them. * Kitchen utensil - Pots, pans and silverware were eclectic and also dated. Like they were picked up in a 1970's garage sale. Silverware had a distinct taste of metal.While this unit was clean, it was very basic, almost minimalist. I would describe this unit with a focus on a small family or college students on a budget.
