This is a 1 bedroom, 1 3/4 bathroom condo in the Mountain Meadows Condominiums located on South Angel Fire Rd., approximately 3 blocks from the slopes. This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people. This is a 2nd story, single level condo which you enter on a ground level.The comfortable living room is nicely furnished with a new queen-size sleeper sofa and matching overstuffed chair as well as a 32" flat screen TV. Sliding patio doors offer access to a balcony and provide great views of Wheeler Peak and surrounding mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is a good-size dining table that will seat up to 6. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with matching nightstands, a dresser and a leather recliner with matching ottoman. There is a full bath off the bedroom. There is a second bath (shower, no tub) located just off of the hallway between the bedroom and the living room.This unit does not have a washer/dryer.
This home may have a minimum night stay based on seasonality and availability.

Kokopelli Angel Fire MM104 A guest from Missouri City, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 Disappointing experience, especially since I contacted Kokopelli about the deficiencies and recieved silence.Positives1) Convenient parking access to the unit.2) Ample towels and cooking utensils3) In general, the unit was cleanDrawbacks1) ALL interior doors were very difficult to open and close (door sticking on the frame, presumably due to racking of door frame/structural issues)2) The pull out sofa bed was usable but you couldn't sleep on it due to being grossly uncomfortable. My 13 year old daughter was forced to sleep in the recliner chair while her sister slept on the couch.3) It didn't appear the pull out sofa's linens had been changed as they were wadded in the middle of the mattress when we pulled it out.4) The vent shield on the microwave oven was not secured (broken/not installed properly??) and fell into the meal in progress on the stove when the microwave door was opened. It could not be secured to the unit and obviously had been simply placed onto the face of the microwave. It was impossible to open the door without the vent falling down.5) The upper towel rack in the master bath is not properly secured to the wall and fell in the floor if you tried to hang a towel on it.6) The toilet in the master bath runs constantly which you can hear running all night from the master bedroom.7) There is a sign above the sink, "Do not use garbage disposal", what's up with that??8) There is a sign above the fire place, "Do not use", this is ski country, again what's up with that??9) The handle on the refrigerator is very loose and feels like it's about to come off.
