Ski Run Trisha T. from Bushland, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2013 The property was decent, but a few complaints - the couch in this condo needs to be replaced. When you sit on it, you sink almost a foot. To sleep on it, we had to just take the matress out of it and put it on the floor as the springs in it were so bad my son folded up in it like a burrito. Also, the hot water heater makes a noise and woke us up each morning. If you want to use it to ski-in/ski-out, the property manager needs to know where and how you do that, as it's not very easy to figure out. We had to do a fair amount of exploring to find how.It was clean and the shower was good, so that was a positive. Stayed for 6 days in December, 2012 The pictures looked good, and the gal that handled our reservation assured us of two things... It's right off the bunny slope and it's a very nice renovated apartment. It's actually neither of these things. The condo is old and it feels like it...poor heating (super hot spots w a general cold felling), old dishwasher that I'm pretty sure just made the dishes dirtier, bed is ok but not great, sofa sleeper has a huge urine stain that hasn't been cleaned. The upside... Nice tv, comfy chair, clean carpet, great heat in the shower room, nice patio in front which has a large window over looking it from the living room.... the kids really enjoyed since they were able to actually play in the snow without us having to stand outside. Another downside for us is that we didn't realize it was on the bottom floor in the back so we had steps that became icy. We definitely wouldn't rent here again, but it served its purpose and the kids thought sleeping on the floor was cool ( and a lot cleaner than the pullout). Also, as a side note, if you do rent here you should be aware that there is a very steep hill to get to the condo. On New Years there was an accident because the road was also icy/snowy and 6 cars were involved, most of which ended p having to park back at the lodge and walk back. Oh, and on that note, the condo is a drive not a walk to the lodge and mountain like the other buildings. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2011 The location of the condo is within a mintue of drive for free parking lot and you have free shuttle to lifts, condo is great, had extra towels, paper towels etc.. and kitchen is fully equiped, one thing missing is hair dry. Bedroom was cold we end up sleeping near fire place (we had our own sleeping bags and comforters), enough wood supplied for fire place. overall i am satisfied with condo and the staff is very helpful(the door lock came out with key when i tried to open and unable to get into house, drive back to management office and they were able get the help and fix it in 30mins, the staff was very generous and offered some hot chocolate and coffee)		Overall Satisfacation show detailed scores Services from rental manager Cleanliness Location Property Condition
