Overall Property Description:
Nice property situated in Umbria comprising 5 apartments and a large 50-hetare farming estate with horse riding center (the riding school is a member of the Italian equestrian sports federation – the main event is the steeplechase).
All of the apartments are welcoming and tastefully furnished in a rustic style. The property also offers a wellness center (available upon request) with a covered Jacuzzi pool, Turkish bath, sauna, solarium, massages…
On the premises there are also some bedrooms that can be rented extra to accommodate up to 40 people.
Cavalieri is in nice location, in easy drive to the charming town of Orvieto, Todi, Assisi and Rome (accessible by 1-hour train from the railway station of Alviano, only 4 km away).
Distances: Alviano with railway station and food shops 4 km away, Baschi with general stores 11 km, Orvieto 25 km away, Todi 40 km, Perugia 77 km away, Assisi 90 km away, Rome 95 km, Florence 180 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large outdoor areas with shared swimming-pool (9 x 18 m – depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), swimming-pool for children (6 x 6 m – depth 0,6 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), horse-riding center and riding school for beginners and skilled riders. All of the apartments provide air-conditioning, fireplace and telephone. Shared laundry available.
