The beach at S. RAFAEL is considered the top twenty beaches in the world.

Our pool have been fitted with pool heating, which is free of charge, making the pool 3° C to 5° C warmer at 1 pm than a non-heated pool in low season. This provides the pool with a beneficial warming, but does not make it a 'hot' pool.
Between November and April the pool heating equipment may not be adequate to heat the pool to a comfortable temperature, the heated pool is disabled.
ALBUAR, LDA cannot be responsible for any non-operational time out of our control. In the case of any malfunction, we will endeavour to rectify it as soon as possible.
Please note that pool heating is not turned on in July and August. Additionally, should the pool temperature exceed 28° C the pool heating will be turned off.

VILLA LOCATION
This villa to rent is near to the São Rafael villa estate along the São Rafael coast, two miles west of Albufeira. Villa Oceano is 880 yards from two cove beaches, each with a snack bar. Two restaurants and a mini-market are within walking distance of this holiday villa.

VILLA ACCOMMODATION
The front door of this Sao Rafael villa opens into an inner vestibule and from here is the air conditioned/heated lounge/dining room which has a bar in one corner. The dining area has views through patio doors to the pool terrace and ocean beyond.

This Algarve villa is fitted with granite work top kitchen off the dining area. ...

Patio doors lead out to a small corner of the terrace. Off the kitchen is a shower room.

Upstairs, this Portuguese villa has a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto a private balcony with ocean views. There is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors onto the terrace it shares with the adjoining twin bedroom, which has an en suite shower room. There is another double bedroom with en suite shower room.

The lounge and all bedrooms at this Algarvian villa are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost.

This holiday villa let has a terrace surrounding the private pool with a brick-built barbeque, and pool shower, and views across the Atlantic Ocean.
