Casa Edera B is a graceful apartment located on top of a small hill. It sleeps four people. From Casa Edera B you will have a pleasant view of the Valley and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Casa Edera B is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Agropoli, where you will find restaurants, the shops, public transportation and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Trentova Beach) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 mile).
Casa Edera B is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 15 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Edera B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

Terrace
The terrace is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. The terrace is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the terrace going down 15 steps. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
 Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker and a refrigerator with freezer. The dining table can accommodate four guests.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of valley and partially of the sea through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
