Discover the vacation of a lifetime in this spacious four bedroom air-conditioned house. It is located on the southeast side of Lubbers Quarters cay with a white sandy beach and your own private dock at your doorstep.

Every room provides a view of the turquoise sea of Abaco. Leading from the living room is a large screened porch which provides a place to relax in a hammock and enjoy the fabulous panoramic view. This is not a cottage - it is a house with electricity (no Solar) and an automatic back-up generator.

Rental boats are a necessity for getting around the islands!

Rental boats are the run-about types and are available for rent in various sizes. They are easy to operate and the Sea of Abaco is protected, not deep, and is perfect for boating.

Exclusive private dock - fish from the dock and sun in our beach chairs, Dock your boat and enjoy the crystal clear water, watch the parade of sailboats go by, and Stargazing is a must. Our caretaker Donnie, lives on the Island, close by. Donnie also has a Kayaking guide service. There is Bakery on the island called The Sunshine Shack.
