Die grosse, überdachte Terrasse eignet sich perfekt für Grillabende an warmen Sommerabenden oder Entspannung in der Sonne. Ca. 2 km vom Haus liegt ein 18-Loch Golfplatz mit Driving Range und Par 3-Platz. Für Kinder sind verschiedene Spielgeräte vorhanden. Sømarken wurde 2003 als bester Badestrand der Insel gekürt. Ca. 5 km vom Haus liegt Dueoddes weisser Sandstrand. Hier gibt es auch Tennismöglichkeiten und ein Hallenbad.
