Labrador Mountain Ski Getaways
Located in the heart of central New York and just a short drive south of Syracuse, Labrador Mountain offers a surprising amount of terrain for the region. Twenty-two trails cover 250 acres and 700 vertical feet, with the longest run nearly a mile in length. Three chairs and three surface lifts keep lines short on all but the busiest weekends.
More than nine feet of snow fall on average each year, augmented by a snowmaking system that covers 95% of the terrain. That terrain encompasses three peaks along a long ridge, which gets progressively steeper from north to south. Thus, beginners and novices have Northern Peak pretty much to themselves; Central Peak has more intermediate trails; and between it and including Southern Peak is where you'll find the black diamond terrain.
There's a built-in 300' halfpipe and a 2500' terrain park; 90% of the terrain can be enjoyed under the lights.
