Forest Lake Lake Getaways

Forest Lake is in Dalton, New Hampshire. One of ten original state parks, Forest Lake State Park was created in 1935. With a 200 foot beach and almost 400 acres of land, the park offers individuals and families activities such as biking, fishing, boating, swimming and mountain-biking.

Established as one of the original state parks in 1935, Forest Lake State Park still remains a day-use facility offering swimming and picnicking around the lovely Forest Lake. Swimming along the 200-foot sandy beach is enjoyed each year between mid-June and Labor Day. A bathhouse is available for changing. Picnic tables and a playground are centrally located.
