Destin Beach Getaways

Destin, which has long been a hot spot for vacationers from the Midwest, is rising in popularity with travelers from across the country. Towards the end of the beach is the landmark Destin jetty. The jutting rocks are a fascinating formation and the kids will have fun swimming in the area around it. For fish feeding fun, bring a few packs of frozen peas and watch the fish swarm around you! After feeding the fish you will want to check out one of Destin's many beachside restaurants.

Movie buffs will want to visit the nearby town of Seaside. This unique planned community was the set for the movie The Truman Show. There are many recognizable locations from the movie and other attractions, such as summertime concerts, to enjoy.
