Maui Getaway Information
Maui, the second-largest of the Hawaiian Islands, is home to a great many beaches and other great vacation destinations - the sights to see are practically endless. Easily accessible via Kahului Airport, it is advisable for most tourists to rent a car during their stay in Hawaii as public transportation isn't exactly widespread. No matter - make sure you get out of the car to explore Haleakala National Park and Wainapanapa State Park, both of which are located on Maui and provide great vistas (from the summit of Haleakala it is possible to see 5 of Hawaii's islands).
